This villa in Turkey is ideal for both summer and winter holidays. The villa has both hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge, dining room and 6 of the bedrooms and there is also an open fireplace.

This newly refurbished private villa in Turkey has been finished to a very high standard. There is a large communal lounge area with Turkish style seating, a digital LCD TV, DVD player and CD stereo system. This is open plan leading to a dining area with a further lounge area. All fully air conditioned.

There is a fully fitted kitchen which includes the following facilities: hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, kettle & toaster.

There are 8 double bedrooms, 6 of which are ensuite and air conditioned. All have new bedroom furniture. The 6 ensuite rooms have their own balconies with stunning mountain views. The bathrooms have been refitted to a very high standard with power showers.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor.

A spa in the basement contains a 6 person Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and shower. The facilities make this ideal for both summer or winter visitors.

The house is surrounded by private gardens with palm trees and a grassed area. There is a swimming pool with children's section and a large sun bathing area with sun loungers. There is garden furniture and a barbeque.

An English speaking housekeeper lives on site in a separate flat and is available 24 hours for emergencies. They also have a phone which is available in the case of emergencies.

Maid service will be provided twice weekly. Linen and towels will be changed twice weekly.

Communal floor areas will be cleaned daily.

Pool and garden areas are maintained daily.

Detailed description of the accomodation:-

Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 are all large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. These have all been recently refurbished with all new furniture, fixtures and fittings. The rooms all have balconies. All are air conditioned.

Rooms 4 and 8 both have 2 single beds and no balconies, ideal for children.

The large fully fitted modern kitchen has the following facilities: hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer. The kitchen has 2 doors, one leading to the lounge area, where you find the main entrance to the front of the villa. The lounge area has 3 settees and two armchairs, LCD TV and DVD player. There is also satellite TV.

A large open fireplace in between the lounge and dining room makes this the ideal place to come in the winter months.

In the dining room you will find a dining table for 8 people. There is a music system which plays tapes, CDs and has a radio. A door leads to the paved sunbathing area, swimming pool and downstairs to the spa.

Here you will find a 6 person Jacuzzi and a sauna and steam room. These are accessible at any time during your stay

The swimming pool is not heated and is generally available for swimming from April to October. There is a separate children’s area within the pool.

Sunloungers and patio furniture are provided for your use.
